This was for my daughter’s 4th birthday party today. Strawberry cake with white chocolate truffle filling for the top two tiers, and white chocolate cake with maple cheesecake filling for the bottom tier, with fondant, and fondant details. She wanted a Disney Princess cake (and was very particular about their hair all being just right), though I barely had time to finish the last few princesses, the flying carpet, and the pumpkin carriage! Still, my favorite thing to do on the cake was Flounder :).
