Not doing the freezer meals (mainly space) but love looking at your recipes. Thank you Emi Ponce de Souza. I made your soup for dinner tonight and (I can’t stop eating it!). It is so good and only 2 pm here. It is super easy. I tweaked to work with what I have but thank you for the recipe and flavors. I sautéed approx 10 cloves garlic with 1 chopped sweet onion and 2 chopped fennel (Trader Joes sells as a 2 pack). I added approx 10 cups of water and scoops of better than bouillon, 2 cans of great northern beans from TJs, added one package of chopped kale from TJs, almost a whole container of Parmesan from TJs, lots of red pepper flakes (we like spicy) and then one container of Costco refrigerator cheese tortellini. Easy, one pot and delicious! Thank you!!!

I love working through your recipes!! August has 13 birthdays in my family so it’s crazy busy and I’m very limited on time so your recipes have been subdivided into 2 hour chunks here and there. It works so well and the food is so yummy!! So excited to not send PB&J every day! Thank you again!!
